Rates and Rental Periods

The daily rental rate is €60 (excluding VAT) for a maximum of 10 hours of use per day. Additional hours will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
For rental periods of 3 days or more, a 10% discount applies to the daily rate.

On Sundays, we only charge 50% for the machine because we are closed and do not deliver or pick up. This means you can rent the machine from Saturday 9:00 to Monday 18:00 and use it the entire weekend and with the 10% discount for renting 3 days or more, you’ll pay only €45 per day for the entire rental period.

Transport Costs

The transport cost is €1 per kilometer, with a minimum of €50. This rate includes both delivery and pickup of the machine and is calculated from our location.

Deposit and Damage

A €300 deposit is required to cover small damages, fuel costs, and other incidents.
The machine is delivered with a full tank of Gasoline and must be returned in the same condition. If the machine is not refueled upon return, €2 per liter will be charged.
In the event of major damage or theft, the renter must activate their liability insurance. It is mandatory to have valid liability insurance before renting the machine.

Documents

Two days before the rental period starts, the renter must provide a copy of their NIE number and picture of their Creditcard through email or whatsapp. Both documents must be in the same name. Without these documents, the machine will not be delivered.

Payment

The full rental amount must be paid upon delivery, either in cash or through the website. Unfortunately, card payments are not available at this time. The deposit can also be paid via the website or in cash upon delivery and will be refunded in the same way it was paid.

Insurance

The renter is required to have valid liability insurance. This insurance must be activated in case of major damage or theft of the machine.

Technical Support

Our technical support is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00. For support outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a special rate applies.
